VEYR is an editorial and discovery platform focused on games, films, creators, tools, and entertainment made with or influenced by AI. VEYR may select, edit, organize, feature, update, correct, remove, or decline content at its editorial discretion.
Coverage, placement, a VEYR Pick, inclusion in a collection, or any other editorial treatment is not guaranteed.
Informational Content
VEYR content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. We work to verify material facts, but information can change and errors can occur. VEYR does not guarantee that every listing, date, availability status, product claim, price, feature description, or third-party statement is complete, current, or error-free.
Third-Party Projects and Links
VEYR links to and may embed third-party games, films, videos, stores, creator pages, social posts, events, and services. VEYR does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, products, policies, or practices. A link or editorial mention is not necessarily an endorsement.
Intellectual Property
VEYR’s original site design, branding, editorial copy, graphics, databases, layout, and other original materials are owned by VEYR or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, posters, stills, videos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed for editorial, promotional, licensed, embedded, creator-authorized, or other lawful purposes.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit VEYR’s original content or site design except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with VEYR or its infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.
- Do not submit malware, spam, fraudulent information, unlawful material, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization or use automation in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.
Submissions
Project and creator submissions are also governed by VEYR’s Submission Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Submission Terms concerning submitted material, the Submission Terms control.
Sponsorships and Advertising
VEYR does not currently run advertising or affiliate tracking. Any future advertising, sponsorship, affiliate relationship, or paid placement will be identified clearly. Payment will not guarantee favorable editorial coverage, a VEYR Pick, or a particular editorial opinion.
Corrections
VEYR welcomes good-faith correction requests. Include the page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the correct information, and a reliable source when available.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
VEYR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. VEYR disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEYR and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use VEYR.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold VEYR harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from material you submit, your misuse of VEYR, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
