You Keep Ownership
You retain ownership of the material you submit. Submitting work to VEYR does not transfer ownership of your project, intellectual property, artwork, film, game, characters, music, code, trademarks, or other creative rights to VEYR.
Permission to Review and Cover Your Submission
By submitting material, you give VEYR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to receive, store, review, and internally share it for editorial evaluation; contact you; and technically prepare submitted media as reasonably necessary for editorial presentation.
If VEYR covers the project, this permission also allows VEYR to display the submitted project title, creator/studio name, credits, descriptions, links, approved images, screenshots, posters, trailers, clips, or other supplied promotional media in VEYR coverage and VEYR’s own promotion of that coverage. This permission applies only to material you submit or clearly authorize VEYR to use.
Your Representations
- You are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to agree to these terms.
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You own the submitted material or have enough permission to submit it and authorize the uses described here.
- The submission does not knowingly violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- You are authorized to submit on behalf of any named studio, company, team, or creator.
AI Disclosure
Describe material AI use accurately, including major models, tools, workflows, or generated elements when relevant. VEYR may independently verify or clarify those claims before publication. AI use alone does not guarantee coverage.
No Confidential Submissions
Do not submit confidential information, unreleased trade secrets, private credentials, proprietary source code, or material subject to a confidentiality obligation. VEYR does not agree to keep unsolicited submissions confidential unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Editorial Independence
Submission does not guarantee publication, favorable coverage, a particular headline or placement, a VEYR Pick, homepage inclusion, or permanent availability. VEYR may edit factual descriptions, headlines, excerpts, thumbnails, metadata, and layout for accuracy, clarity, length, style, and presentation while seeking to preserve the substance of the work.
Corrections, Updates, and Removal Requests
Creators and rights holders may request an update, attribution correction, or replacement or removal of submitted promotional media. VEYR reviews requests in good faith. Editorial articles may remain available when there is a legitimate editorial, archival, legal, or public-interest reason to preserve them.
No Payment for Submission
VEYR does not charge creators to submit work for ordinary editorial consideration. Any future paid promotion, sponsorship, or advertising will be clearly separated from independent editorial selection.
